Private Training

Enrolling your dog in a training program during a daycare or boarding stay is a great way to develop and improve basic obedience. Our training packages allow your dog to learn important commands and behaviors with our professional trainer partners, while simultaneously providing important socialization time with other dogs.

Play & Train

Daycare Private Training Sessions

Conducted while your dog is with us for a full or half day of daycare, this training package includes:

  • One 30-minute training session;
  • Complimentary outdoor walks;
  • Email communication with your trainer.


    During the sessions, your trainer will customize a training plan tailored to your dog! Some examples of the work covered:

  • Basic commands like sit, down, leave it, drop it, and name recognition*;
  • Appropriate interactions with people (i.e., no jumping or mouthing);
  • Loose leash walking (no pulling);
  • Other training requests as needed.


*Please note that commands are not covered in any particular order during training sessions and multiple sessions are needed for any dog to completely master commands.

Board & Train

Board and Train Level One
5 nights, 7 Sessions

Conducted during your dog’s boarding stay with us, this training package includes:

  • A one-hour orientation for the pet parent where you will customize your dog’s training program;
  • Five 45-minute training sessions with your dog;
  • A one-hour final follow-up session for the pet parent;
  • Five discounted nights in a private suite;
  • Complimentary daily outdoor walks.

During the sessions, your trainer will  cover training behaviors for your tailor-made training program and may also include:

  • Basic commands like sit, down, leave it, drop it, and name recognition;
  • Appropriate interactions with people (i.e., no jumping or mouthing);
  • Loose leash walking (no pulling).

  • Board and train (level 1) $1175

    Five nights, 7 sessions

Board and Train Level Two
12 nights, 14 Sessions

Conducted during your dog’s boarding stay with us, this training package includes:

  • A one-hour orientation for the pet parent;
  • Twelve 45-minute training sessions with your dog;
  • A one-hour final follow-up session for the pet parent;
  • Twelve discounted nights in a private suite;
  • Complimentary daily outdoor walks.

During the sessions, your trainer will  cover training behaviors for your tailor-made training program and may also include:

  • Basic commands like sit, down, leave it, drop it, and name recognition;
  • Intermediate commands such as recall, stay, go to place;
  • Appropriate interactions with people (i.e., no jumping or mouthing);
  • Loose leash walking (no pulling);
  • Desensitization work on any fears or phobias (e.g., loud noises, large cars/trucks, etc.).

  • Board and train (level 2) $2475

    Twelve nights, 14 total sessions

Doggy Day Training Camp

Doggy Boot Camp Level One
5 Days, 7 Sessions *No Overnight boarding required

Conducted during your dog’s daycare session this training package includes:

  • A one-hour orientation for the pet parent where you will customize your dog’s training program;
  • Five consecutive 45-minute training sessions with your dog;
  • A one-hour final follow-up session for the pet parent;
  • Discounted daycare;
  • Complimentary daily outdoor walks.

During the sessions, your trainer will  cover training behaviors for your tailor-made training program and may also include:

  • Basic commands like sit, down, leave it, drop it, and name recognition;
  • Appropriate interactions with people (i.e., no jumping or mouthing);
  • Loose leash walking (no pulling).

  • Doggy Day Training Camp (level 1) $1050

    Five days, 7 sessions

Doggy Boot Camp Level Two
12 Days, 14 Sessions *No Overnight boarding required

Private In-Home or In-Facility Training

Customized, Tailored Behavior Solutions

Does your dog struggle to focus in group classes, or are there specific behavior concerns you’re hoping to address? Our in-home training service offers a private training solution that’s tailor-made to your dog’s individual needs. Let our staff trainer provide your dog with one-on-one attention and a training regimen built just for them. You’ll love the benefits of this custom approach too, as our trainer gives you the confidence, knowledge, and tools to keep reinforcing good behaviors long after the last session.

All new clients start with the initial consultation and training session so that we may assess the dog’s behaviors as well as discuss expectations for the dog, owners and the trainer.  

Sessions may take place in your home, at a park or outdoor space, or at one of our District Dogs’ locations depending on the specific manners and behaviors being taught. We offer these custom classes in packages  at a discounted rate, and they do not include the initial training session.
